创业团队对企业经营发展影响作用巨大,其存在的分裂风险使得企业经营面临很大的不确定性。创业团队的组织结构没有跟随企业发展相应调整,团队成员在工作能力、经营理念、利益分配、私人关系上产生矛盾,并最终矛盾激化,导致了团队的解散。实施团队组织的规范化管理,可以化解潜在的矛盾,是解决这一困境的有效手段。
Entrepreneurial team has a great influence on the business development of the company. The existence of split risk makes the business face great uncertainty. The organizational structure of the entrepreneurial team did not adjust accordingly to the development of the enterprise. The team members had conflicts in work ability, business philosophy, interest distribution, and personal relations, and eventually the conflict was intensified, resulting in the dissolution of the team. The standardized management of the implementation team organization can resolve potential conflicts and is an effective means to solve this dilemma.
