为观察头颈癌病人红细胞C_(3b)受体免疫粘附活性的改变,对34例头颈癌病人进行红细胞C_(3b)受体花环率(RBC—C_(3b)RR)和红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RBC—ICR)测定。结果表明头颈癌病人RBC—C_(3b)RR和RBC—ICR较良性疾病病人和正常对照组明显降低(P<0.01);头颈癌病人治疗后20天左右RBC—C_(3b)RR和RBC—ICR较治疗前无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结果提示头颈癌病人红细胞免疫功能低下。
To observe the changes in red blood cell C_(3b) receptor immunoadhesion activity in head and neck cancer patients, red blood cell C_(3b) receptor rosette rate (RBC_C_(3b)RR) and red blood cell immune complex garland were performed on 34 patients with head and neck cancer. Rate (RBC-ICR) determination. The results showed that RBC-C_(3b) RR and RBC-ICR in head and neck cancer patients were significantly lower than those in benign disease patients and normal controls (P<0.01). RBC-C_(3b) RR and RBC were found in head and neck cancer patients approximately 20 days after treatment. There was no significant difference in ICR before treatment (P>0.05). The results suggest that the red blood cell immune function of head and neck cancer patients is low.
