近些年,为推动文化事业的繁荣和发展,中国政府出台了一系列着力推进文化事业领域改革的政策。然而,作为文化建设体系重要行业之一的文艺表演,其发展却明显不能满足社会期望,并突出表现在文艺表演的票价“虚高”上。究其原因,则是多方面的,如政府对文艺表演补贴机制不健全、文艺表演行业税费较高、文艺表演团体获得的社会资助太少、制作宣传成本及演员酬金不合理、终端消费市场缺乏规范等。美国的文艺表演行业,以间接管理和非营利化为基础,更为成熟和规范,其经验可以为中国所借鉴,帮助中国寻求一条改革文艺表演行业的正确路径。
