随着我国经济的飞速发展,我国的教育事业也处于蓬勃发展阶段.教师团队的水平影响着教学水平,是教学质量的根本保证,是影响学生发展重要因素.随着教学改革的不断深入,高中教育数学教学水平也逐渐提高.在日常高中教学中,需要充分培养学生的思维能力和对知识的理解能力,培养学生的认知结构.本文主要是基于数学教学问题进行的探讨,全面并且十分深入的研究高中数学教师学科素养内涵的培养模式,以便加强师资队伍建设,提高数学教学质量.
