在门诊经常看到这样的病人,或者医生问什么就回答什么,不问不说;或者滔滔不绝,说完了医生已经陷入云里雾里,又要重新开始;或者从门诊出来后又不停地返回找大夫问这问那,耽误其他患者就诊。诚然,上述情况也可能有医生的责任,但我们都知道看病是医生和患者双方的事情,双方都应该努力达到与对方的沟通,提高就诊的效率,使看病变得容易。医生与病人的交流及诊断时会用到望、闻、问、切的四步方法,与之对应的,我们也为患者在就诊时提出一些建议,简单的说就是备、说、听、问。
