张家界市罗水乡近年来以其丰富灿烂的民族文化受到了世人的关注,先后被省文化厅、省民委、省体委、省民族民间工艺美术委员会等授予“群众文化艺术之乡”、“民族体育先进集体”、“茅古斯文化村”等荣誉称号。为巩固和完善民俗文化基础,乡党委、政府提出了“罗水土家文化领跑湘西”的目标,并郑重承诺有信心、更有决心以茅古斯舞发祥地和傩文化传承地为基础,将罗水打造成为湘西土家文化第一乡。
In recent years, Luo Shui Town, Zhangjiajie City, has received worldwide attention for its rich and splendid national culture. It has been awarded “the hometown of mass culture and art” by the provincial Department of Culture, the Provincial Ethnic Affairs Commission, Provincial Sports Commission, Provincial Folk Arts and Crafts Committee, “National Sports Advanced Collective ”, “Mao Gu Si Cultural Village ” and other honorary titles. In order to consolidate and perfect the foundation of folk culture, the township party committee and government have put forward the goal of “cultivating loessial Tujia culture in western Hunan” and solemnly promised to have confidence and determination to base the origins of Mao Gu Si dance and the inheritance of Kui culture. Luo will create the first rural Tujia culture in western Hunan.
