[目的]了解甲型H1N1流感流行期间,医院室内空气污染的细菌种属分布状况,为进一步加强室内空气消毒提供参考。[方法]采用自然沉降法于2009年11月对沈阳市某急救中心医院的门诊大厅,候诊区,理疗室,某普外病房以及对照点进行空气细菌采样,共采集样品50份。检测指标包括细菌总数和细菌种属鉴定。[结果]该医院调查场所的空气细菌总数均符合国家卫生标准(GB9671-1996)。进一步通过细菌鉴定卡共鉴定出15种细菌(G+球菌10种,G+杆菌4种,G-杆菌1种)。除了理疗室采集的样品中检测出溶血性葡萄球菌以外,其余均为非致病菌;门诊大厅和候诊区的细菌种类明显多于对照。[结论]该医院各调查场所的空气细菌污染均以非致病性G+球菌和杆菌为主;虽然空气细菌总数符合国家卫生标准,且检测不出致病菌,但是,条件致病菌(溶血性葡萄球菌)的检出说明该医院仍然潜在着院内感染的可能性,消毒措施还需要进一步加强。
[Objective] To understand the distribution of bacterial species in indoor air pollution of hospital during the epidemic of Influenza A (H1N1), providing reference for further strengthening indoor air disinfection. [Method] The natural sedimentation method was used to sample airborne bacteria in the outpatient hall, waiting room, treatment room, a general ward and control point of an emergency center hospital in Shenyang in November 2009, and a total of 50 samples were collected. Detection indicators include the total number of bacteria and bacterial species identification. [Results] The total number of airborne bacteria in the investigation sites of the hospital all met the national health standards (GB9671-1996). A total of 15 species of bacteria (10 species of G + cocci, 4 species of G + bacteria and 1 species of G-type bacteria) were identified by bacterial identification cards. Except for the specimens collected from the physiotherapy room, no other pathogenic bacteria were detected except for the hemolytic staphylococci. The types of bacteria in the outpatient hall and the waiting area were significantly more than those in the control group. [Conclusion] The airborne bacterial contamination in all the investigation sites in this hospital were mainly non-pathogenic G + cocci and bacillus. Although the total number of airborne bacteria was in line with the national health standards and no pathogenic bacteria were detected, the pathogenic bacteria (hemolysis Staphylococcus aureus) detection of the hospital is still potentially the potential of nosocomial infections, disinfection measures need to be further strengthened.
