通过对二级调压主溢流阀搭建AMEsim模型,分析了各影响因素对阀动态性能造成影响的原因;在上述理论支撑下优化了这些影响因素的参数,并对按此设计方法生产的产品进行了试验验证。结果证明了所得仿真结果的正确性及整个阀的设计生产过程的有效性。
Based on the AMEsim model of the secondary pressure relief valve of secondary pressure regulator, the factors that influence the dynamic performance of the valve are analyzed. The parameters of these influencing factors are optimized under the above theoretical support, and the products produced according to the design method The experimental verification. The result proves the correctness of the simulation results obtained and the validity of the valve design and production process.
