中学教育是基础教育,中学教育的任务是提高全民族的文化素质,所以,它又是素质教育,最终是培养出“有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律”的社会主义公民,培养现代化建设需要的各级各类人才。江总书记在《关于教育问题的谈话》中指出:“……对学生的教育工作特别是思想品德教育,纪律法制教育,校内校外,课内课外,都要抓紧,一点放松不得。”当今世界已进入知识经济和网络时代,中学数学教材中所蕴藏的丰富的思想教育内容,将是培养各行各业开拓型人才,提高工作效率和领导素质所不可缺少的
Middle school education is basic education. The task of secondary education is to improve the cultural quality of the whole nation.
