利用四氯化碳损伤性肝纤维化模型,观察莪术、鳖甲、三七、黄芪等中药组成的软肝片对贮脂细胞增殖及Ⅰ、Ⅱ型胶原mRNA高效表达与胶原蛋白合成的影响。结果示50mg、100mg阻断组对贮脂细胞的增殖有明显的抑制,分别降低了87.5%和88.4%(P<0.01),α_2(Ⅰ)mRNA表达水平降低了5.452和5.061倍;胶原蛋白合成能力降低了2.235和2.189倍(P<0.01),而100mg治疗组分别为54.2%及2.091和1.928倍(P<0.05)。表明软肝片能抑制贮脂细胞增殖及α_2(Ⅰ)mRNA高效表达,减少胶原蛋白的合成,降低胶原蛋白在Disse腔隙过量沉积。
Using a carbon tetrachloride-induced hepatic fibrosis model, we observed the effects of Ruangan, Zhijia, Panax notoginseng, and Huangqi on the proliferation of fat-storing cells and the high-level expression of Collagen I and II mRNA and collagen synthesis. The results showed that the 50 mg and 100 mg blocking groups significantly inhibited the proliferation of fat-storing cells, which were reduced by 87.5% and 88.4%, respectively (P<0.01). The expression of α_2(I) mRNA was reduced by 5.452 and 5.061-fold; collagen synthesis. The ability was reduced by 2.235 and 2.189 times (P<0.01), while the 100 mg treatment group was 54.2% and 2.091 and 1.928 times, respectively (P<0.05). It was indicated that Ruangan Tablets can inhibit the proliferation of lipid-storing cells and high-level expression of α_2(I) mRNA, reduce the synthesis of collagen, and reduce excessive deposition of collagen in Disse lacunae.
