目前,多数应用目标管理理论的组织均存在不同程度的短期行为。我院在应用这一理论的实践中,将其与医院愿景战略结合,形成了基于战略导向的医院目标管理体系,取得了较好的成效。
At present, most of the organizations that apply the goal management theory have different degrees of short-term behavior. In the practice of applying this theory, our institute combined it with the hospital vision strategy and formed a strategically oriented hospital target management system, which has achieved good results.
