以偏苯三酸酐和苯胺为原料,合成了含羧基结构的苯并噁嗪(NTAF),其结构经核磁和红外表征。通过DSC法研究了它的固化物的固化温度,研究表明NTAF单体在160℃就开始进行热聚合,放热峰的峰值温度为188℃,低于苯酚型苯并噁嗪(PAF)和双酚A型苯并噁嗪(BAF)的固化温度。同时研究了NATF对其他苯并噁嗪固化物固化温度的影响,发现NTAF的存在降低了BAF与PAF的固化温度。
Benzotriazine (NTAF) with carboxyl structure was synthesized from trimellitic anhydride and aniline. Its structure was characterized by NMR and IR. The curing temperature of its cured product was studied by DSC. The results showed that the thermal polymerization of NTAF began at 160 ℃, the peak temperature of exothermic peak was 188 ℃, which was lower than that of phenolic benzoxazine (PAF) and bis Phenol A benzoxazine (BAF) curing temperature. At the same time, the influence of NATF on the curing temperature of other benzoxazine cured materials was studied. It was found that the presence of NTAF decreased the curing temperature of BAF and PAF.
