本文介绍气相色谱法测定工作场所空气中乙酸的另一种测定方法,该试验通过硅胶管采集样品,用甲醇解吸,再用毛细管柱作为分离柱的气相色谱法测定工作场所空气中乙酸。由试验可知,毛细管柱作为分离柱分离效果好、灵敏度高、用时短,甲醇作为解吸液,解吸效果好、对柱子损害少,该方法适合工作场所空气中乙酸的测定。
This article describes another method for the determination of acetic acid in the air at the workplace by gas chromatography. The sample is collected in a silica gel tube and desorbed with methanol. The acetic acid in the air of the workplace is determined by gas chromatography using a capillary column as the separation column. It can be seen from the test that the capillary column has the advantages of good separation effect, high sensitivity, short time, methanol as desorption solution, good desorption effect and less damage to the column. The method is suitable for the determination of acetic acid in the air in the workplace.
