作为个体就业质量主观维度的重要评价指标,工作满意度对工作绩效和生活幸福感都具有重要影响。本文利用中国综合社会调查数据考察城镇劳动力就业质量现状及其影响因素,着重分析职位升迁和预期职业机会以及收入增长和预期收入变化的作用。研究发现职位变动及其预期对工作满意度具有显著影响。过去三年职位晋升提高工作满意度,预期三年内在本单位有职位晋升机会的员工具有较高的工作满意度。前三年收入上升使得工作满意度提高,收入下降则对工作满意度有负作用,但预期收入增长和下降对工作满意度的影响不显著。本文对改进微观企业管理实践和实现高质量就业等社会发展政策具有借鉴意义。
As an important evaluation index of subjective dimensions of individual employment quality, job satisfaction has an important impact on job performance and life happiness. This article uses the data of China’s general social survey to examine the status quo of the employment quality of urban labor force and its influencing factors, focusing on the role of job promotion and expected job opportunities as well as income growth and expected income changes. The study found that job changes and their expectations have a significant impact on job satisfaction. In the past three years, the promotion of positions has increased the satisfaction of their work. It is expected that the employees who have the opportunity to advance their positions in the unit within three years have a high degree of job satisfaction. The increase of the first three years makes the job satisfaction increase, and the decrease of the income has a negative effect on the job satisfaction. However, it is expected that the increase and decrease of the income have no significant effect on the job satisfaction. This article has reference significance for improving the micro-enterprise management practices and realizing social development policies such as high-quality employment.
