对110名铅作业工人健康调查,其中冷铅作业50人,热铅作业60人,现场空气中铅含量均值为0.016mg/m~3和0.031mg/m~3。检查结果:冷、热铅作业轻度贫血检出率为22.0%和23.0%,尿卟啉阳性(+~++)率为20.0%和51.7%(P<0.01),尿铅均值为0.0142mg/L和0.0215mg/L(P<0.05),尿铅在0.05mg/L者4例,经驱铅试验诊断为铅吸收3例,其中:冷铅作业1例(占2.0%)、热铝作业2例(占3.3%)。作者认为:在职业性体检 The health survey of 110 lead workers was conducted.
