本文用环磷酰胺腹腔注射10mg/kg造成小鼠免疫功能低下,用彩云多糖两种给药途径、四个剂量组进行预防和治疗的实验研究。结果表明,彩云多糖灌胃200、400mg/kg/日和腹腔注射5、10mg/kg/日,连续8天,对环磷酰胺所致小鼠白细胞减少均有明显的回升作用,并能激活网状内皮系统的功能,显著增加吞嗜指数和吞嗜系数。提示其抗肿瘤作用可能与增强宿主的免疫功能有关。
In this article, cyclophosphamide was intraperitoneally injected with 10 mg/kg to cause the mice to have low immune function. The experimental study was carried out using two kinds of administration methods of Caiyun polysaccharide and four dose groups for prevention and treatment. The results showed that Caiyun polysaccharide was intragastrically administered 200, 400 mg/kg/day and intraperitoneal injection of 5, 10 mg/kg/day for 8 consecutive days, all of which had a significant recovery effect on cyclophosphamide-induced neutropenia in mice and could activate the net. The function of the vascular endothelial system significantly increases the phagocytic index and the pherophilicity coefficient. It suggests that its anti-tumor effect may be related to enhancing the host’s immune function.
