联合应用自体骨髓移植和自体外造血于细胞移植治疗4例急性白血病患者和Z例非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者，采集PBSC的MNC计数为（0．82～2．4）×109／kg，CD34细胞数（1．23～3．6）×106／kg，骨髓细胞NC计数为（0．92～2．4）×108／kg，CD34细胞计数为（0．9～2．4）×106／kg，结果表明经上述治疗后患者造血及免疫功能恢复明显快于单独的移植治疗方法且毒副作用少。
