本文简述了十水和无水硫酸钠相转变点降低实验的原理、方法和装置。在实验中为防止水玻璃水解,我们向水玻璃溶液中加入NaOH溶液,之后通过外推NaOH浓度到零以消除NaOH对硅酸根聚合度的影响,从而测得不同模数水玻璃溶液中硅酸根离子的平均聚合度.得到的聚合度数据与光散射法和硅钼酸反应法测得的数据做了对比,并讨论了影响实验准确度的主要因素.
This paper briefly describes the principle, method and device of experiment of decreasing the phase transition point of decahydrate and anhydrous sodium sulphate. In order to prevent hydrolysis of sodium silicate, we added NaOH solution to the water glass solution and then eliminated the effect of NaOH on the degree of polymerization of silicate by extrapolating the concentration of NaOH to zero, so as to measure the content of silicate in different modulus water glass solutions The average polymerization degree of ions was compared with the data obtained by the light scattering method and the silicomolybdic acid reaction method and the main factors affecting the experimental accuracy were discussed.
