一、引言精子从产生到成熟,是一个漫长而复杂的过程,其中精子的运动是一个令人感兴趣的问题。早在70多年前Tourade首次提出哺乳动物精子在附睾内移行过程中成熟并获得前向运动能力。以后,大量实验都证实了这一论点。对附睾的分段研究,发现附睾头部精子或者静止不动,或者原地转圈、扭动,但无前向运动;而尾部精子在稀释液中则有较强的前向运动。迄今为止,精子从静止状态到获得运动能力这一成熟过程的生化基础是什么,还有许多争议。二、cAMP与精子成熟及运动的关系 60年代末,人们开始重视ATP、cAMP及其有关的一系列酶在精子成熟过程中的作用,特别是在附睾微环境中,这些因素对精子
