水泥稳定碎石排水基层作为路面内部排水设施的主要形式被广泛应用。碎石材料的级配和水泥胶浆的性能是影响其排水功能和力学性能的两个主要因素,分别针对这两部分进行材料设计。采用CBR和动载压入试验对级配进行筛选。采用正交设计的试验方法,研究了各组分材料对材料的7d和28d的抗压、抗折强度的影响,并用功效系数法确定满足多项指标要求的优化配合比方案。最后测试了所设计排水基层材料的体积指标和力学性能。试验结果表明,所设计排水基层材料满足排水功能和力学要求。
Cement stabilized gravel drainage base as the main form of drainage within the pavement is widely used. The grading of gravel material and the properties of cement mortar are the two main factors that affect the drainage and mechanical properties of the gravel material. Material design is carried out for these two parts respectively. Scales were screened using CBR and dynamic press-in tests. The effects of each component on the compressive strength and flexural strength of 7d and 28d were studied by the orthogonal design method. The optimal ratio was determined by the efficiency coefficient method to meet the requirements of multiple indexes. Finally, the volume index and mechanical properties of the designed drainage base material were tested. The test results show that the designed drainage base material meets the drainage function and mechanical requirements.
