取成年小鼠肝细胞在RPMI1640培养液中加热60℃胎肝提取液(FE_(60)HSS),加热80℃胎肝提取液(FE_(80)HSS)及加热60℃成年雄性小鼠颌下腺提取液(M_(60)EGF),用I~(125)UdR掺入法测定其肝细胞DNA合成,结果显示FE_(60)HSS为8575±17cpm,FE_(80)HSS为4788±990cpm,M_(60)EGF为4592±1120cpm,和对照组1902±657cpm比较差异有非常显著意义(P值均<0.01)。FE_(60)HSS组对细胞DNA合成较FE_(80)HSS明显,说明HSS对加热80℃不很稳定。
Adult mouse liver cells were heated in 60 °C fetal liver extract (FE_(60)HSS) in RPMI1640 medium, heated to 80°C fetal liver extract (FE_(80)HSS) and heated at 60°C. Extraction of submandibular glands from adult male mice. The liquid (M_(60)EGF) was measured by I~(125)UdR incorporation method for DNA synthesis in hepatocytes. The results showed that the FE_(60)HSS was 8575±17 cpm, and the FE_(80)HSS was 4788±990 cpm, M_( 60) The EGF was 4592±1120 cpm, which was significantly different from the 1902±657 cpm in the control group (all P<0.01). The FE_(60) HSS group had significantly more DNA DNA synthesis than FE_(80)HSS, indicating that the HSS is not very stable to heating at 80°C.
