国家经委决定,继“六五”之后,“七五”期间继续在全国推广应用电刷镀技术。据最近召开的全国第三次电刷镀学术及经验交流会上估计,国家在推广应用电刷镀技术方面已获得十亿元以上的经济效益。近年来,电刷镀技术在开发研究和推广应用方面获得明显的进展。现分述如下。一、电刷镀技术的进展1.电刷镀电源我国的电刷镀电源已基本形成系列,直流电刷镀电源的容量有1A、5A、10A、15A、20A、30A、60A、100A、150A、300A、500A和1000A等,已能全部满足国内需要,并出口到东南亚、西欧等地。直流电源的外特性主要为恒压式,少量为恒流式。今后大容量(≥500A)的电源应发展恒流
