压裂技术在油田开发中增产作用十分明显,其位置不可替代,已成为油田开采的核心技术。返排压裂液和施工剩余的压裂液两种废液在压裂过程中产生无法避免,油田开采过程中这些在压裂作业过程中产生的返排废液污染源无法忽视。而这些废压裂液的组成及其危害压裂液是压裂技术的重要组成部分。目前,国内对井下作业污水的处理,普遍存在设备旧、工艺不成熟等问题。每年油水井压裂作业、酸化施工过程中所产生了大量废液,若各大油田将这些废液直接向外排出去,势必会对生态造成不可恢复的可能影响。因此剩余压裂液的处理方法的深入研究,对油气田环境污染控制意义十分重大。

At present, the domestic sewage treatment of underground operations, the prevalence of old equipment, technology and other issues immature. Annual oil and water well fracturing operations, acidification process generated a lot of waste, if the major oil fields will be discharged directly to the outside of these waste, it will inevitably cause irreversible ecological impact. Therefore, in-depth study on the treatment methods of residual fracturing fluid has great significance for the environmental pollution control in oil and gas fields.
