目的研究端粒酶表达及其活性与宫颈癌发生发展的关系。方法应用端粒重复序列扩增 酶联免疫吸附法 (TRAP ELISA)对 30例宫颈癌和 15例宫颈上皮内肿瘤组织的端粒酶活性进行检测 ,以吸光度 (A)值判断端粒酶活性 ,同时检测 2 0例正常宫颈上皮的端粒酶活性作为对照。结果宫颈癌、宫颈上皮内肿瘤和正常宫颈上皮组织中端粒酶表达的阳性率分别为 93 3%、2 6 7%和 0 % ,组间比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。宫颈癌组织的端粒酶活性明显高于宫颈上皮内肿瘤 (P <0 0 1)。结论端粒酶的表达及其活性的进行性增高与宫颈癌的发生发展密切相关
Objective To study the relationship between the expression of telomerase and its activity and the occurrence and development of cervical cancer. Methods Telomerase activity in 30 cases of cervical cancer and 15 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia was detected by TRAP ELISA. The telomerase activity was determined by absorbance (A) Meanwhile, the telomerase activity of 20 normal cervical epithelium was detected as a control. Results The positive rates of telomerase expression in cervical cancer, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and normal cervical epithelium were 93.3%, 26.7% and 0%, respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01) . The telomerase activity in cervical cancer was significantly higher than that in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (P <0.01). Conclusion The expression of telomerase and the progressive increase of its activity are closely related to the occurrence and development of cervical cancer
