通过建立骨料在料浆中的力学模型,确定粗骨料充填料浆具备良好抗离析性能的条件式M.运用三因素三水平正交实验研究料浆饱和率为101.5%~105.3%时M值和离析率的取值范围:以M=6作为料浆屈服应力在(200±25)Pa时的判定临界值,可得相同条件下满足饱和率要求的料浆M值范围为2.3~4.2,从而得到适合工程应用、具备较好抗离析性能的料浆离析率为11.6%~17.8%.采用某矿固体物料按照现场参数充填料浆,对实验结果进行实例验证.结果表明:实例M值和离析率范围与理论范围吻合良好.离析率预测值与测量值相比,误差分别为4.24%,1.09%,0.67%.
By establishing the mechanical model of aggregates in the slurry, the condition M for determining the anti-segregation properties of the coarse aggregates was determined.
