采用双极银丝电极记录清醒大鼠十二指肠和空肠上段移行性综合肌电(MMC)。结果表明:以2kg/L(200%)生大黄液连续胃饲5天(4ml/只/天),造成的“脾虚”腹泻大鼠模型具有明显的脾虚证表现;与造型前比较,腹泻大鼠小肠MMCI相时程显著缩短或保持不变,而Ⅱ、Ⅲ相时程显著延长,并出现MMC周期的显著延长。提示“脾虚”腹泻大鼠的十二指肠和空肠处于运动亢进、推进加强的状态,这可能是大黄造型所出现的“脾虚失运”状态的机理之一。
Bipolar silver electrode was used to record the transitional complex electromyography (MMC) in the duodenum and upper jejunum of conscious rats. The results showed that: Spleen-deficiency diarrhea rat model caused by continuous stomach feeding with 2kg/L (200%) rhubarb liquid for 5 days (4ml/rat/day) had obvious spleen-deficiency syndrome. Compared with pre-styling, diarrhea was large. The time course of MMCI in the rat small intestine was significantly shortened or remained unchanged, while the phase II and III phases significantly prolonged, and a significant prolongation of the MMC cycle occurred. It is suggested that the duodenum and jejunum of rats with diarrhea of “spleen deficiency” are in a state of hyperkinesia and advancement, which may be one of the mechanisms of the appearance of “loss of spleen” in rhubarb modeling.
