国际顶尖学术期刊《自然》在线发表了中科院上海生科院生化与细胞所曾艺研究团队的最新研究成果。该研究首次发现乳腺中的多能干细胞,“刷新”乳腺干细胞性质的现有理论,为乳腺癌检测和靶向治疗提供了新思路、新靶点。乳腺癌在临床上被分为四类,其中转移率最高、三年存活率最低的,是占20%左右的三阴性乳腺癌,这类乳腺肿瘤细胞对现有的激素抑制治疗法和生长素抑制治疗药物没有应答,处于无药可医的状态。
Internationally leading academic journal Nature published the latest research results of the Zengyi Research Team of Biochemistry and Cytology at Shanghai Institutes for Biological Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences. This study, for the first time, uncovered the current theory of pluripotent stem cells in breast and the nature of “refreshing” breast stem cells, providing new ideas and new targets for breast cancer detection and targeted therapy.
