利用生物技术对甘蔗种苗加速快繁是当今国内外采用的先进快繁技术,主要有甘蔗腋芽快繁和细胞组织培养两种途径。我们在同等条件下对ROC16号的腋芽苗和组织苗在大田移植后的生物性状进行调查,并利用生物统计分析方法,对构成农艺性状的株高、茎径、田间锤度、产量进行研究分析。结果表明,腋芽苗与组培苗差异达显著和极显著水平、本研究为两种快繁技术的优劣,提供了科学的理论依据。
The use of biotechnology to accelerate the propagation of sugarcane seedlings is fast propagation technology used today at home and abroad, mainly sugarcane axillary buds rapid propagation and cell culture in two ways. Under the same conditions, we investigated the biological traits of axillary buds and tissue seedlings of ROC16 after the field transplant and analyzed the plant height, stem diameter, field brix and yield of agronomic traits using biostatistical analysis . The results showed that there was significant and extremely significant difference between the axillary buds and the tissue culture seedlings. This study provided a scientific theoretical basis for the advantages and disadvantages of the two rapid propagation techniques.
