云计算是传统计算机和网络技术发展融合的产物,也是引领未来信息产业创新的关键战略性技术和手段。云计算使图书馆信息服务进入了一个新的发展阶段,给数字图书馆的信息资源建设带来更加广阔的发展空间。云计算时代,网络及用户行为产生了巨大变化,因此必须对数字图书馆将来的发展进行思考,趋利避害,充分发挥云计算的有利因素,并规避可能带来的消极因素与风险。
Cloud computing is a product of the convergence of traditional computer and network technologies and a key strategic technology and means to lead the innovation of the information industry in the future. Cloud computing makes the library information service enter a new stage of development, bringing a broader space for development of the information resources of the digital library. In the age of cloud computing, great changes have taken place in network and user behaviors. Therefore, it is necessary to think about the future development of digital libraries, seek benefits and avoid disadvantages, give full play to the favorable factors of cloud computing, and avoid the possible negative factors and risks.
