本文从理论的角度研究分析比较了公司在资本市场常用的两种常用的定价模型，以及使用的条件；讨论了在实践中企业进入资本市场融资如何使用定价模型分析确定股票价格。
This article studies and compares two commonly used pricing models commonly used by companies in the capital market from the theoretical point of view, and the conditions for their use. The paper discusses how to use the pricing model to determine the stock prices when enterprises enter the capital market in practice.
