对眼内含铁异物致眼球铁质沉着症13例14眼作回顾性研究。9例符合金属异物外伤史;2例有外伤史但异物性质不清;2例无外伤史,其中1例为两侧异物。有明确外伤史者从受伤到眼球铁质沉着症就诊,间隔3周到40个月不等。3眼视乳头充血,1眼异物摘出后22个月后消退;异物摘出及异物存留后6个月各1眼,其充血无改变,正行连续闪烁融合、视力和视野检查,长期随访。9眼暗适应检查,8眼增加0.5～3.0 log单位。12眼视网膜电图 Retrospective study of 13 patients with iron-induced focal iron-induced intraocular iron-containing foreign bodies in 14 cases. 9 cases met the history of metal foreign body trauma; 2 cases of traumatic history but the nature of foreign body is unclear; 2 cases without history of trauma, including 1 case of bilateral foreign body. There is a clear history of trauma from iron oxide eye injury treatment, interval of 3 weeks to 40 months. 3 eyes nipple hyperemia, one eye disappeared 22 months after the removal of foreign body; foreign body excretion and foreign body 6 months after the retention of 1 eye, no change in congestion, positive continuous scintillation fusion, visual acuity and visual field examination, long-term follow-up. 9 eyes dark adaptation examination, 8 eyes increased 0.5 ~ 3.0 log units. 12 eyes of electroretinography
