为加强遥感卫星数据接收系统的自动故障诊断能力,提出一种基于监测点与自动化测试的接收系统故障树诊断方法。研究接收系统中设备的故障机理,设计设备最小可更换单元的故障监测点,根据故障的层次与传播方向,建立接收系统的故障树,为防止监测点虚警而产生误报,在故障树中增加自动化测试节点,运用基于故障树的专家系统对收集到的监测点信息和自动测试信息进行推理和解释,给出故障诊断结果。实验结果表明,接收系统各设备的故障能被诊断系统有效检测并准确分离,诊断结果及时可靠,达到满意的诊断效果。
In order to strengthen the capability of automatic fault diagnosis of remote sensing satellite data receiving system, a fault tree diagnosis method of receiving system based on monitoring points and automated testing is proposed. The fault mechanism of the equipment in the receiving system is studied, and the fault monitoring point of the smallest replaceable unit of the equipment is designed. According to the fault level and propagation direction, a fault tree of the receiving system is established. To prevent false alarm of the monitoring point, a false alarm is generated. Increase the automation test node, use the fault tree based expert system to reason about and explain the collected monitoring point information and automatic test information, and give the fault diagnosis result. The experimental results show that the fault of each equipment in the receiving system can be effectively detected and accurately separated by the diagnostic system, the diagnostic results are timely and reliable, and satisfactory diagnostic results are achieved.
