目的:探讨小儿烧伤创面脓毒血症的发病原因、临床特点和治疗方案。方法:对21例烧伤后并发创面脓毒血症小儿病例进行回顾性分析。结果:18例治愈,3例死亡。病人具有烧伤创面大,早期休克期度过不平稳,创面均有不良用药,严重的营养低下,胃肠道症状突出,创面感染菌以绿脓杆菌为主和多伴有多脏器功能不全等特点。结论:小儿创面脓毒症病情复杂,并发症多。创面不良用药和早期休克期度过不良是发生创面脓毒症的关键,而肠源性感染可能也是重要的因素。治疗中要强调营养支持、抗感染和脏器功能扶持的综合治疗,尽早封闭创面是治疗中关键一环。 Objective: To investigate the etiology, clinical features and treatment of sepsis in pediatric burn wounds. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 21 children with burn wound sepsis after burn wounds was performed. Results: 18 cases were cured and 3 died.
