目的探讨卡介菌多糖核酸对变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法采用随机盲法、安慰剂对照试验方法,以氯雷他定片作为常规治疗,在此基础上,试验组予以卡介菌多糖核酸注射液肌注,对照组予以维生素B1注射液肌注,对2组的临床疗效进行比较。结果治疗组的疗效高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论卡介菌多糖核酸对变应性鼻炎可取得较好的治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid on allergic rhinitis. Methods Randomized blinded and placebo controlled trials were conducted with loratadine as a routine treatment. On the basis of this, the experimental group was given intramuscular injection of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid injection, the control group was given intramuscular injection of vitamin B1 injection, The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid can achieve better therapeutic effect on allergic rhinitis.
