审视目前的小学数学课堂,以下问题值得关注:①知识教学成分过重,学生没有或者较少亲身经历知识形成的过程,教学停留于认知水平,不关注学生思维的发展;②标新立异,基础落空,教学赶时髦,课上得热热闹闹,但学生学得不够扎实;③课堂练习不得法,忽视基础练习,一味变换形式,往往拔苗助长。笔者认为,数学教学要稳中求变,既要稳中学好知识,又要变中发展思维,让学生学得扎实、灵活,有实效。1数学教学稳中求变的内涵分布数学教学“稳中求变”有以下三层含义。①夯实基础。教学始终不能离开学科本位的教学目标,要让学生基础知识学扎实,
