通过南海海洋大气环境下大气暴露对不同基材氨基磁漆涂层工艺进行老化试验,运用光泽、颜色、粉化率和SEM等手段测试涂层大气暴露后的性能变化和表面形貌,并进行对比分析。研究表明,在南海海洋大气环境中,氨基磁漆涂层工艺户外耐侯性较差,棚下耐侯性较好;在棚下环境中,工艺LY12-CZ/H.DY/锌黄环氧底漆/氨基磁漆和工艺Q195/D-Zn25.DC/铁红环氧底漆/氨基磁漆涂层样品耐侯性较好,工艺LF6M/H.DY/锌黄环氧底漆/氨基磁漆耐侯性较差;西沙海洋环境强太阳辐射、高温和高湿是涂层老化的主要原因。
Atmospheric exposure to air in the South China Sea under different atmospheric conditions was used to test the aging process of Aminomast coatings on different substrates. The properties and topography of the coatings after exposure to atmosphere were tested by means of gloss, color, powdering rate and SEM. analysis.
