以CBE为导向改革护理实训教学模式,旨在提高学生的职业能力。我们将2012级护理286人为实验组,采用新的实训教学模式;2012级240人为对照组,采用传统教学方式。对两组学生的操作考核成绩、各系统疾病整体护理综合能力成绩进行对照分析。结果发现,两组学生在操作成绩、制定整体护理综合能力目标考查方面,实验组成绩明显高于对照组(p<0.01),差异有统计学意义。由此得出结论:CBE导向的护理实训教学模式,有助于护理学生动手能力、心理及综合素养的培养和提高。
CBE-oriented reform of nursing practice teaching mode, designed to enhance students’ professional ability. We will 286 2012 nursing care for the experimental group, the use of new training teaching model; 2012 240 people for the control group, the use of traditional teaching methods. The results of two groups of students’ assessment of the operation, the overall nursing comprehensive ability of each system disease were analyzed comparatively. The results showed that the two groups of students in the operation performance, overall nursing comprehensive ability to develop the target test, the experimental group scores were significantly higher than the control group (p <0.01), the difference was statistically significant. This concludes that CBE-oriented nursing practice teaching mode helps to nurture and improve students’ abilities, psychology and comprehensive literacy.
