肠道菌群是人体最大的微生物群体,参与机体多种生理过程,肠道菌群紊乱与人类多种疾病有关.由于肝脏和胃肠道之间相互作用、相互影响,肠道菌群在肝胆疾病的发生发展过程中发挥重要作用.用宏基因组学研究能更全面更系统地了解肠道菌群特征及其对机体健康和疾病的影响.介绍了非酒精性脂肪性肝病、肝硬化、肝细胞癌及自身免疫性肝病患者肠道菌群的变化及其相关作用机制的研究进展.“,”As the largest microbial community in human body,gut microbiota is involved in many important physiological processes,and gut microbiota dysbiosis is associated with various diseases in humans.Due to the interaction and mutual effect between the liver and the gastrointestinal tract,gut microbiota plays an important role in the development and progression of hepatobiliary diseases.Metagenomic studies can achieve a comprehensive understanding of the features of gut microbiota and its effect on human health and diseases.This article introduces the research advances in the changes of gut microbiota among patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,liver cirrhosis,hepatocellular carcinoma,and autoimmune liver diseases and related mechanisms of action.
