全球经济一体化的发展,知识经济时代展现在我们面前。技术性企业快速成长已成为推动我国经济发展与社会进步的核心竞争力,成为一个国家在世界经济领域获得长期发展的动力源泉。同时我们看到,技术企业的重要生产因素——人的知识与创新能力,已成为企业的核心资源。实践证明了过去那种“谁投资、谁管理、谁受益”的产权制度在技术企业已是历史;目前技术企业人才严重流失、工作积极性没有充分调动、缺乏创造性等问题摆在我们面前。那么如何建立有效的激励机制,让科学的激励机制稳住人才、成就人才;让企业适合人才、人才热爱企业,是我们每个技术性企业管理层面临的严峻问题。股权激励是一种长期有效的薪酬激励方式,它克服了传统管理模式的不足,用正能量的激励代替了过去一味的严惩约束,使雇主与雇员成为对等的合作伙伴,双方的共同利益使企业实现价值最大化。
The development of global economic integration and the era of knowledge-based economy are before us. The rapid growth of technical enterprises has become the core competitiveness of our country in economic development and social progress and has become a source of motivation for a country to gain long-term development in the world economy. At the same time, we have seen that the important production factor of technological enterprises - human knowledge and innovation has become the core resource of enterprises. The practice proves that the past property rights system of “who invests, who manages and who benefit from it” is already a history in technological enterprises; the serious loss of skilled personnel in current technological fields, the lack of full mobilization of work enthusiasm and the lack of creativity pose the problems before us. So how to establish an effective incentive mechanism to enable scientific incentives to stabilize talent, talent achievement; allow enterprises to adapt to the talent, talent-loving business, each of our technical business management is facing a serious problem. Equity incentive is a long-term and effective remuneration incentive which overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional management mode, replaces the blind punishments and constraints with the positive energy incentive, and makes the employer and the employee the equal partners. The common interests of both parties make Enterprises realize the maximization of value.
