随着计算机的普及和网络技术的不断成熟及编辑人员素质的提高,计算机网络技术在科技期刊编辑出版管理中已得到了广泛的应用,本文以《浙江大学学报》(农业与生命科学版)编辑部管理信息系统的开发为例,介绍了基于Internet/Intranet的科技期刊管理信息系统的设计与实现。该系统采用了当前流行的Browser/Server模式,利用ASP编程,在SQLServer 2000+Windows 2000 Server+ASP环境下进行开发。实现了编辑部整个工作流程的计算机网络化管理和网上稿件的投、审、编、校一体化,大大提高了编辑部的工作效率。
With the popularization of computer and the continuous maturity of network technology and the improvement of editors’ quality, computer network technology has been widely used in the editing and publishing of sci-tech periodicals. In this paper, "Journal of Zhejiang University (Agriculture and Life Sciences Edition) Min management information system as an example, this paper introduces the design and implementation of sci-tech periodical information management system based on Internet / Intranet. The system uses the current popular Browser / Server mode, the use of ASP programming, SQL Server 2000 + Windows 2000 Server + ASP environment for development. It realizes the computerized network management of the entire workflow of the editorial department and the integration of inputting, examining, editing and schooling of online manuscripts, and greatly improves the work efficiency of the editorial department.
