目的通过对某肿瘤专科医院住院患者来源情况的分析,为医院加强管理、提高竞争力,进一步拓宽服务市场提供参考依据。方法对该院2007年-2012年住院次数为1的新患者的来源情况进行统计分析。结果 2007年至2012年6年间该院出院患者中42.76%来自北京市,57.07%来自外省市,外籍患者占0.17%。北京市出院患者以城六区为主,占74.50%;郊区占25.50%,但所占比重有逐年增大趋势。外省市患者中北京周边六省区占67.86%,其他省市区占32.14%,来自北京周边六省区和其他省市区的患者人数均逐年增加。结论该院的服务半径和品牌影响力不断扩大,但需要制定一系列切实可行的发展战略,增强自身竞争力,积极开拓医疗市场,促进医院可持续发展。
Objective To analyze the source of inpatients in a cancer hospital and provide references for the hospital to strengthen management, enhance competitiveness and further expand the service market. Methods The source of new patients with hospitalization of 1 from 2007 to 2012 in the hospital was analyzed statistically. Results From 2007 to 2012, 42.76% of discharged patients in this hospital came from Beijing, 57.07% from other provinces and cities and 0.17% were foreign patients. Discharged patients in Beijing City, mainly six districts, accounting for 74.50%; suburbs accounted for 25.50%, but the proportion has increased year by year. In other provinces and cities, 67.86% of the six provinces around Beijing and 32.14% of the other provinces and municipalities, the number of patients from six provinces around Beijing and other provinces and cities are increasing year by year. Conclusion The service radius and brand influence of this hospital are constantly expanding. However, it is necessary to formulate a series of practical development strategies to enhance its own competitiveness, actively explore the medical market and promote the sustainable development of the hospital.
