原发于鼻及鼻咽部之良性许旺氏细胞肿瘤罕见,存在着临床诊断、治疗等方面的特殊问题。本文报告5例,按发生部位计外鼻2例,鼻前庭1例,鼻腔1例,鼻咽部1例;按肿瘤分类计神经鞘瘤2例,神经纤维瘤3例,其中1例属侵犯鼻部的神经纤维瘤病。本病的临床表现与原发于该区域的其他肿瘤相似,应注意鉴别。确诊有赖于病理学检查。治疗应取手术切除,但手术须兼顾到局部的功能和美容问题。文内就有关问题进行了复习和讨论。
The benign Schwann cell tumors that originate in the nose and nasopharynx are rare, and there are special problems in clinical diagnosis and treatment. This article reports 5 cases, according to the site of occurrence of the nose in 2 cases, nasal vestibule in 1 case, nasal cavity in 1 case, 1 case in the nasopharynx; by tumor classification in 2 cases of schwannoma, neurofibromas in 3 cases, including 1 case of infringement Nose neurofibromatosis. The clinical manifestations of the disease are similar to those of other tumors originating in this area and should be carefully identified. The diagnosis depends on the pathological examination. Treatment should be surgically removed, but surgery must take into account local functional and cosmetic problems. The article reviewed and discussed relevant issues.
