集体谈判对于解决职业体育行业劳资纠纷具有重要意义。域外职业体育行业集体谈判制度成熟完善,包括健全的劳动立法制度和司法审判原则、行之有效的职业体育行业集体谈判运行机制,以及令人瞩目的劳资集体谈判合作趋势。这些经验做法给我国带来包括加强职业体育劳动立法、落实工资集体协商制度、完善职业体育行业监管机制以及建立职业运动员工会维权组织等重要启示。
Collective bargaining is of great importance to solving the labor disputes in the professional sports industry. The system of collective bargaining for extraterritorial professional sports industry has matured, including a sound system of labor legislation and judicial adjudication, an effective mechanism for the collective bargaining of professional sports industry, and a remarkable trend of collective bargaining on collective bargaining. These experiences and lessons have brought important enlightenments to our country, such as strengthening legislation on labor and sports labor, implementing collective bargaining on wages, improving the regulatory mechanism of professional sports industry, and establishing a rights protection organization for trade unions of professional athletes.
