目的 旨在探讨吸烟对飞行员体液免疫功能的影响。方法 88 例飞行员依是否吸烟分为吸烟组(n = 43) 和非吸烟组(n = 35) ,其中吸烟组平均年龄为37 ±5-8 岁,非吸烟组平均年龄为38 ±7-8 岁。血清免疫球蛋白G、M、A 等采用快速免疫消浊法进行定量分析。结果 吸烟组飞行员的血清免疫球蛋白G、M、和A 等平均水平均显著低于非吸烟组( P < 0 .01) 。结论 吸烟确能降低飞行员的血清免疫球蛋白水平,结果可能损害其体液免疫功能。
The purpose is to investigate the effect of smoking on the humoral immune function of pilots. Methods 88 pilots were divided into smoking group (n = 43) and non-smoking group (n = 35) according to whether they smoked or not. The mean age of smoking group was 37 ± 5-8 years and that of non-smoking group was 38 ± 7-8 year old. Serum immunoglobulin G, M, A and other rapid immunoassay method for quantitative analysis. Results The mean levels of serum immunoglobulins G, M, and A in pilots of smoking group were significantly lower than those of non-smoking group (P <0.01). Conclusions Smoking does reduce the level of serum immunoglobulin in pilots, which may impair its humoral immune function.
