目的 :探讨不同病理类型的原发性肾小球肾炎 (PGN)患者肾组织白细胞介素 13(IL - 13)的表达 ,进一步了解PGN的分子病理机制 ,为临床治疗探索一种新的方法。方法 :应用免疫组化ABC技术检测 72例原发性肾小球肾炎 (PGN)患者和 12例正常对照组肾组织IL - 13的表达 ,对比不同病理类型的PGN患者肾组织IL- 13的表达。结果 :正常对照组肾小管间质区少量表达IL - 13,PGN患者肾小管上皮细胞和间质细胞均见较多、较强的IL - 13表达 ,且随着肾小管间质病变由轻到重损害的加重 ,PGN患者肾小管间质区IL - 13表达增加。PGN患者肾小管间质区IL - 13表达与血清肌酐浓度 (Scr)呈正相关 (r=0 .6 6 6 7,P <0 .0 0 1) ,与Ccr呈负相关 (r =0 .5 4 13,P <0 .0 0 1)。正常对照组肾小球区无IL - 13表达 ,增殖性肾小球肾炎 (MsPGN、MsCGN、ECPGN)患者肾小球区少量表达IL - 13,而非增殖性肾小球肾炎 (FSGS、MCD、MN)患者肾小球区无表达。结论 :IL - 13可能参与PGN的免疫炎症过程 ,肾小管间质区IL - 13表达与PGN患者肾功能及肾小管间质损害程度密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the expression of interleukin - 13 (IL - 13) in renal tissue of patients with primary glomerular nephritis (PGN) of different pathological types, to further understand the molecular pathological mechanism of PGN and to explore a new method for clinical treatment. Methods: Immunohistochemical ABC technique was used to detect the expression of IL - 13 in renal tissue of 72 patients with primary glomerulonephritis (PGN) and 12 normal controls. The levels of IL - 13 in renal tissues were compared between PGN patients with different pathological types . Results: Small amount of IL - 13 and IL - 13 were expressed in the tubulointerstitial region of normal control group, while the expression of IL - 13 was stronger in renal tubular epithelial cells and interstitial cells of PGN. In severe PGN patients, the expression of IL - 13 in the tubulointerstitial region increased. The expression of IL - 13 in the tubulointerstitium of patients with PGN was positively correlated with serum creatinine concentration (r = 0.666, P <0.01), and negatively correlated with Ccr (r = 0.5 4 13, P <0 0 01). IL - 13 was expressed in the glomerulus of normal control group, IL - 13 was little expressed in the glomerulus of proliferating glomerulonephritis (MsPGN, MsCGN, ECPGN), while non - proliferative glomerulonephritis (FSGS, MCD, MN) patients with no expression of glomerular area. Conclusion: IL - 13 may be involved in the process of immune inflammation in PGN. The expression of IL - 13 in the tubulointerstitium is closely related to the renal function and the degree of tubulointerstitial damage in PGN patients.
