在市场经济的浪潮冲击之下,医院的分级管理要不要搞?如何搞法?有些人存在着模糊的认识,片面的理解,重视不够仍是一个重要问题。其中主要原因:有的医院内部运行机制不畅,制约着分级管理的实施,传统的检查观制约着分级管理的落实;部分领导的重视程度牵制着分级管理的进展,这些问题不解决,医院分级管理就不可能达到目的。为此,必须进一步提高对医院分级管理的再认识。
Under the impact of the wave of market economy, whether the hospital’s hierarchical management should engage in law or not? Some people have vague understanding. One-sided understanding and insufficient attention are still important issues. The main reason is that some hospitals have poor internal operation mechanisms that restrict the implementation of hierarchical management. The traditional inspection concept restricts the implementation of hierarchical management; the attention of some leaders has hampered the progress of hierarchical management, and these problems are not resolved. Management can not achieve its purpose. To this end, we must further improve the understanding of hospital management at different levels.
