目的:建立痰证裸小鼠模型,并对模型进行评价。方法:20只裸小鼠随机分为模型组和对照组,模型组(10只)采用高脂饲料喂养+寒湿刺激的方法制作痰证裸小鼠模型,对照组(10只)给予普通饲料喂养。两组均持续14 d。观察两组裸小鼠的一般情况,测量体重、饮水量、摄食量,测定血脂四项。结果:与对照组比较,模型组裸小鼠出现形体肥胖、嗜卧少动、行动迟缓、喜扎堆、大便黏腻不成形、小便黄及体重增长快,饮水量减少,摄食量减少等表现;血脂四项:模型组裸小鼠血清TC(总胆固醇)、LDL-C(低密度脂蛋白胆固醇)、HDL-C(高密度脂蛋白胆固醇)含量明显高于对照组;两组血清TG(甘油三酯)含量无差异。结论:高脂饮食饲喂结合寒湿刺激的方法建立痰证裸小鼠模型是可行的,模型组裸小鼠符合痰证的特征性表现。
Objective: To establish a nude mouse model of phlegm syndrome and to evaluate the model. Methods: Twenty nude mice were randomly divided into model group and control group. The model group (10 mice) was fed with high fat diet and cold wet stimulation to make the nude mice model of phlegm syndrome. The control group (10 mice) feed. Both groups last for 14 days. Observed the general situation of two groups of nude mice, measuring body weight, water intake, food intake, determination of four lipids. Results: Compared with the control group, the nude mice in the model group showed obesity in body shape, less perplexity, delayed action, higer heap, stool stickiness, faster urine yellow and weight gain, less water intake and less food intake. Blood lipid 4: The content of serum TC (total cholesterol), LDL-C (low density lipoprotein cholesterol) and HDL-C (high density lipoprotein cholesterol) in the model group were significantly higher than those in the control group; Triester) content was no difference. Conclusion: It is feasible to establish the model of nude mice with phlegm syndrome by feeding with high-fat diet combined with cold and wet stimulation. The nude mice in model group accord with the characteristic manifestation of phlegm syndrome.
