果蔬作为中国膳食营养结构中不可或缺的重要组成部分,其产业在中国农业经济中占据着重要的位置。以人为本是中国改革发展的立国之本,从人体营养健康的角度研究中国果蔬产业未来的发展趋势就显得势在必行。该研究基于营养学视角,通过构建营养指标体系,运用系统聚类法筛选出可以代表不同营养类型的典型性果蔬,同时运用遗传算法解决在满足中国居民不同年龄组每日膳食营养正常摄入条件下如何购买典型性果蔬,即成本最小化的最优线性规划问题。结果表明:对于不同年龄组,在既定正常营养成分摄入的前提下,中国居民每日蔬菜购买量高于水果购买量,且叶菜类和根菜类的购买量远远高于其它典型性果蔬。未来中国果蔬产业的发展需要进一步完善产业布局,大力发展不同营养类型的果蔬。并且进一步整合果蔬加工型产业,保证食品卫生安全,扶持龙头型企业,打造“绿色果蔬”品牌。
As an integral part of China’s dietary nutrition structure, fruits and vegetables occupy an important position in China’s agricultural economy. People-oriented is the foundation of China’s reform and development. It is imperative to study the future development trend of China’s fruit and vegetable industry from the perspective of human nutrition and health. Based on the perspective of nutrition, the study screened out the typical fruits and vegetables that can represent different types of nutrition by constructing the nutrition index system and using the method of cluster analysis. At the same time, using genetic algorithm to solve the problem of meeting the requirements of daily intake of dietary nutrients in different age groups of Chinese residents, How to buy the typical fruits and vegetables, that is, the optimal cost minimization linear programming problem. The results showed that: for different age groups, under the premise of the intake of established normal nutrients, Chinese residents daily purchase of vegetables is higher than the amount of fruit purchased, and the purchase of leafy vegetables and root vegetables is much higher than other typical fruits and vegetables . The future development of China’s fruit and vegetable industry needs to further improve the industrial layout and vigorously develop fruits and vegetables of different nutrient types. And further integration of fruit and vegetable processing industry, to ensure food hygiene and safety, to support leading enterprises, to create “green fruit and vegetable ” brand.
