目的:通过监测检验多种食品中铅、镉、总汞、铝四种金属元素,观察东台市食品中金属污染状况,进行食品安全风险预警。方法:按照《江苏省食品安全风险监测方案》,采用原子吸收光谱法、原子荧光光度法、分光光度法分别对本市各类食品中铅等4种金属元素进行检测分析。结果:连续3年共采集各类食品572份,其中对483份食品样进行了铅、镉、总汞含量监测检验,超标率分别为1.7%、2.9%、4.1%,铝食品样89份,超标29份,超标率32.5%。结论:东台市食品中铅、镉、总汞的污染水平总体较低,状况良好,而铝的污染状况比较严重,需尽快采取针对性调控措施,提高东台区域内食品的安全性。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the status of metal contamination in foodstuffs in Dongtai City by monitoring and testing the four metal elements of lead, cadmium, total mercury and aluminum in a variety of foodstuffs and to conduct food safety risk warning. Methods: According to the “Food Safety Risk Monitoring Program of Jiangsu Province”, four kinds of metal elements, such as lead, were detected and analyzed by atomic absorption spectrometry, atomic fluorescence spectrometry and spectrophotometry respectively. Results: A total of 572 samples of all kinds of food were collected for three consecutive years. Among them, 483 food samples were tested for the levels of lead, cadmium and total mercury with the exceeding standard rates of 1.7%, 2.9% and 4.1%, respectively, and 89 samples of aluminum food samples. Exceeded 29, exceeding the standard rate of 32.5%. Conclusion: The levels of lead, cadmium and total mercury in food in Dongtai City are generally low and in good condition, while the pollution status of aluminum is rather serious. Targeted control measures need to be taken as soon as possible to improve the food safety in Dongtai.
