Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of insulin analogue and recombinant human insulin multi-point injection in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 148 type 2 diabetic patients admitted to the Third People ’s Hospital of Chengdu from August 2014 to February 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to a randomized double - blind method, with 74 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group were subcutaneously injected with insulin analogues (Novo-Rui 30) and control animals were injected subcutaneously with recombinant human insulin (Novo-30R). The blood glucose compliance rate, blood glucose compliance time, Hb A1c, C-peptide and postprandial 2h C-peptide levels, adverse reactions and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The two groups of patients compliance rate, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). The observation group patients with shorter blood glucose than the control group, Hb A1c lower than the control group, C-peptide, postprandial 2h C-peptide levels higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Two groups of patients with adverse reactions, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). The total satisfaction rate of observation group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Both insulin analogs and recombinant human insulin are effective in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus with high blood glucose compliance rate and fewer adverse reactions. Patients with type 2 diabetes treated with insulin analogues have shorter glycemic time and improved islet B cell function better.
